Personnel of the New Bilibid Prison Hospital (NBPH) celebrated NBPH Week 2026 through Fun Walk, games, and dance presentations held on 13 May 2026 at the Corrections National Training Institute (CNTI) Parade Ground.
Anchored on the theme, “Hawak Mo ang Beat: NBP Hospital, One Heart Beat,” the activity aimed to promote wellness, unity, and camaraderie among hospital personnel while strengthening teamwork within the institution.
The celebration was attended by C/CSUPT MA CECILIA V VILLANUEVA, MD, CPRo, Deputy Director General for Reformation (DDGR) and Director of the Directorate for Health and Welfare Services (DHWS), whose presence underscored the continued support of the Bureau for programs that foster employee welfare and morale.
Participants took part in various recreational and team-building activities designed to encourage collaboration, and stronger professional relationships among personnel. The event also provided an opportunity for employees to reinforce mutual support essential in delivering quality healthcare services within the correctional institution.
The NBP Hospital continues to promote solidarity and teamwork among its personnel, reflecting its commitment to compassionate service and holistic care within the Bureau of Corrections.
