In his keynote address, DG CATAPANG reminded the graduates to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in their service, emphasizing that erring personnel will be removed from the ranks. He urged the new Corrections Officers to always demonstrate their best character and perform their duties with excellence, as they now represent the core values of the Bureau.

DG CATAPANG also praised the success of the decentralized training program, which was made possible through the concerted efforts of the Local CNTI Units under the supervision of CNTI Acting Director CSUPT LUCIO C GUEVARRA and Deputy Director and Commandant CSINSP ALLAN A ROSALES, with the support of OPPF Superintendents, and the guidance of the BuCor Director General himself.

This achievement marks a significant step forward in the BuCor’s mission of professionalizing correctional services and aligns with the vision of Bagong BuCor sa Bagong Pilipinas.
