On August 21, 2023, a drug test was held at the Bureau of Corrections’ Inmate Visitation Section Unit, NBP Reservation, Muntinlupa City. This activity was organized by the Directorate for Health and Welfare Services (DHWS) headed by CT/SSUPT MA CECILIA V VILLANUEVA, MD, OIC- Deputy Director General for Reformation, concurrent Acting Director, DHWS and Chief, New Bilibid Prison (NBP) Hospital.
