Graduation Ceremony of Custodial Officer Junior Supervisory Course Class 2025-01 KASIDLAK

On 09 May 2025, the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) held the graduation ceremony for the Custodial Officer Junior Supervisory Course (COJSC) Class 2025-01 KASIDLAK at the Social Hall of the Administrative Building. The event was organized by the Corrections National Training Institute (CNTI) and recognized the completion of training by 157 graduates, including 102 male and 55 female participants.

The graduates came from various BuCor facilities, with 86 from the National Headquarters/New Bilibid Prison (NHQ-NBP), 23 from Iwahig Prison and Penal Farm (IPPF), 18 from Davao Prison and Penal Farm (DPPF), 9 from the Correctional Institution for Women (CIW), 8 from San Ramon Prison and Penal Farm (SRPPF), 7 from Leyte Regional Prison (LRP), and 6 from Sablayan Prison and Penal Farm (SPPF).

The ceremony included the formal presentation of graduates by CSINSP ALLAN A ROSALES, Deputy Director of CNTI and Commandant of the Applied Training Division. CSUPT LUCIO C GUEVARRA, Acting Director of CNTI, confirmed the graduating class. ASEC AL I PERRERAS, Deputy Director General for Administration, attended the event as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.

Ten (10) outstanding Class 2025-01 KASIDLAK members have emerged as the top achievers. The following individuals hold the top ranks (1-10, in order): CO3 Cruzado B Alindayo, CO3 Karren O Ariola, CTO3 Ruby Ann U Maupoy, CTO3 Flordeliza C Ablanque, CO3 Dario M Malinao, CTO3 Oscar M Olaguera, CO3 Ma Asela A Mendoza, CO3 Eloujeny V Masacote, CO3 Dee L Laño, and CO3 Ma Ofelia H Axalan.

Meanwhile, CTO3 Agerico P Panopio received the Leadership Award; CO3 Cruzado B Alindayo received the Tactical Leadership Award. Each Operating Prison and Penal Farm (OPPF) also presented special awards to members who excelled in non-academic fields.

This graduation marks an important step for the graduates as they continue to advance in their careers within the Bureau, having completed training focused on custodial management and leadership. The ceremony concluded with remarks of appreciation for their efforts and commitment to the correctional service.
