Braulio E. Dujali, Davao Del Norte on 25 September 2023 – the Davao Prison and Penal Farm (DPPF) and Correctional Institution for Women – Mindanao (CIW-Min) with the Officer In-Charge C/SINSP NONIE C FORRO, MSCrim, C/SUPT RUFINO A MARTIN, MBA, CSMS and other Commissioned and Non-Commissioned Officers welcomed ASEC GIL T TORRALBA, Deputy Director General for Operations (DDGO) of Bureau of Corrections (BuCor). He visited and inspected the different compounds of DPPF and CIW-Min.
He shared his guidance on strengthening the operations of Bucor Business Center (BBC) such as the registration of different suppliers and inspected the newly constructed annex building and made recommendations such as: the construction of visiting areas, offices for on-duty personnel, and the Quick Response Team (QRT) for security urgency and crisis situation.
To have a glimpse of the packing house operations; ASEC TORRALBA also visited Tagum Agricultural Development Company, Incorporated (TADECO) Packing houses where female PDL are working wherein they have an opportunity to earn and give support to their loved ones.
