Earlier today, all commissioned and non-commissioned personnel assigned at the National Headquarters (NHQ) and New Bilibid Prison (NBP) Camps participated on the Clean-Up Drive Activity as part of the “OPLAN BALIK ANYO” project.
This is in accordance with the Memorandum dated April 04, 2023 issued by Directorate for Security and Operations, Acting Director, C/CINSP EDUARDO P GOGORZA.
The purpose of the clean-up drive is to promote and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the vicinity of NBP that covers the perimeter of its compound including the admin facade, through the cooperation and unity of all personnel.
