The Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) brought joy and festive cheer to over 700 children of BuCor personnel during a Christmas gift-giving event held on December 16, 2024, in front of the Administration Building at the National Headquarters.
Led by BuCor Director General GREGORIO PIO P CATAPANG JR., AFP (Ret.), CESE, CCLH, the program aimed to foster a strong sense of community and togetherness among BuCor personnel and their families this holiday season.
The celebration was filled with engaging activities that created unforgettable memories for the children. Highlights of the event included face painting, a thrilling magic show, and interactive games that encouraged teamwork and camaraderie. The children were treated to snacks and enjoyed the much-awaited gift-giving segment, which brought wide smiles to their faces.
In addition to the festivities, a Christmas bazaar showcasing a variety of seasonal products was launched as part of the event.
