On September 08, 2023, the Corrections National Training Institute (CNTI) headed by its Acting Director, J/CINSP FLORENCIO R ORILLOSA (Ret.) accompanied by C/CINPS LUCIO C GUEVARRA, Deputy Director, CNTI and C/INSP ALLAN A ROSALES, Commandant of the Corrections Basic Recruit Course (CBRC) held its Recognition Rites to Class 2021-2022 Salig-tala at the Parade Ground of CNTI.
A total of five hundred two (502) Corrections Officer I/Trainees composed of three hundred eleven (311) female and one hundred ninety-one (191) male were recognized on that day. Their families and loved one travelled all the way from NCR to provide the much-needed support to the trainees. Indeed, the event was momentous and moving!
The ceremony served as a momentous occasion to acknowledge and celebrate the hard work, personal growth, dedication and discipline acquired by these exceptional trainees.
J/CINSP ORILLOSA (Ret.) graciously welcomed and congratulated the trainees by giving them an inspiring message as they continue their journey towards becoming a full pledge Corrections Officer 1 (CO1) in the future. Additionally, C/CINSP GUEVARRA also gave his motivational message to boost their morale and spirit as a professional CO’s.
In time, these trainees will eventually graduate and officially become part of the Corrections Service. Snappy salute to the 502 CO1/T of Class Salig-tala!
