In a ceremony held on June 11, 2024, the Sablayan Prison and Penal Farm (SPPF) welcomed its new Acting Superintendent, C/SINSP ABEL DR CIRUELA, MSCA. C/SINSP CIRUELA assumed his new role in a Turn-Over of Command ceremony, where outgoing Acting Superintendent C/CINSP ANGELITO DC LAPITAN formally handed over the reins of leadership.
Presiding over the ceremony was Deputy Superintendent for Administration, C/INSP RENANTE H HAFALLA. He thanked the outgoing Acting Superintendent, C/CINSP ANGELITO DC LAPITAN, for his contributions of best practices to the improvement of SPPF and welcomed the incoming Acting Superintendent, C/SINSP CIRUELA.
With the appointment of C/SINSP CIRUELA, the SPPF looks forward to a new chapter of progress and development under his capable stewardship.
