On July 28, 2023, the Sablayan Prison and Penal Farm (SPPF) led by C/SUPT ROBERT A VENERACION organized a 1-day Leadership and Management Seminar to forty-four (44) Corrections Officer held at the Conference Room.
The seminar included critical examination of historic and contemporary leadership theories, principles and practices as well as the analysis of each theory’s worldviews that has potential contribution to the leadership and management of organizations.
On the first part of the seminar, C/SUPT VENERACION emphasized the need to build good leadership skills to attain optimum performance in the workplace. The participants were engaged as they were acquiring extensive knowledge on the current trends of being a good leader. Hence, he effectively communicated the topic to the participants, using his skills and expertise to provide them with the necessary information and training.
The seminar was also facilitated by C/INSP NELSROSE C BELARMINO, Chief, Training Unit to ensure that the participants are receiving the best possible training experience.
Further, this seminar was made possible through the leadership of C/SUPT VENERACION with the guidance of GENERAL GREGORIO PIO P CATAPANG JR, AFP (Ret.), CESE, Director General, ensuring that all of its men and women acquire the necessary knowledge and skills of good leadership.
