EARLIER TODAY | The Bilibid Riders Club organized a motorcade commemorating the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) 118th founding anniversary. This event served as a significant and symbolic tribute to BuCor’s achievements and service to the nation. It promoted harmony and a sense of community among all participants to raise awareness about reformation programs. The motorcade exemplified the potential for positive change and inspired others to engage in transformative efforts within the penal system.
