Today l Christmas Mass was officiated by Cardinal Jose Advincula and attended by BuCor Director General, GENERAL GREGORIO PIO P CATAPANG JR, AFP (Ret.), CESE, CCLH together with ASEC GIL T TORRALBA, ASEC AL I PERERRAS, and other Key Officials at the New Bilibid Prison’s Maximum Security Compound. It was truly a wonderful event that gave everyone in attendance solace, hope, and inspiration.
It served as a reminder that the spirit of Christmas knows no boundaries, and that love, forgiveness, and faith can transcend even in the most challenging circumstances.
Through this Mass, the Cardinal and the Key Officials demonstrated their commitment to the well-being and rehabilitation of the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL), leaving a lasting impact on the lives of those present. Their presence served as a bridge between the PDL and the outside world, offering a glimmer of hope for a better future.
In the darkest of places, the light of Christmas still shines through, reminding us all of the power of love and redemption.
